Hi

one of our user is facing this below issue.

When he goto CRM and run tcode CRM_UI , a new web window opens up in which a small yellow colour bar appears that says "Communication management software system is not  configured".

Do i have to maintain CMS somewhere , i found one note too for this -

Note number - 1745932, shall i apply this one in system.

Or what exactly to do next , Please advice.

With Regards

Hi,

"...A contact center would typically be provided with special software that would allow contact information to be routed to appropriate people, contacts to be tracked, and data to be gathered...."

As i dont have a system on hand on which i could check CMS i can not test the scenario, but i found a suitable description for you:

Hope this helps.

Hi Krisztian

Again thanks for quick response.

Actually i applied both the Notes on CRM system.

But still the same issue is appearing, is it something related to configuration of WEB CRM UI.

Or is it machine specific problem for a user.

How should i troubleshoot now?

Hi,

I think you would know it if your CRM system was connected to any CMS. So to remove this message you can simply try to delete function "CONTACTCENTER" from your business role in SPRO >> UI Framework >> Business role customizing.

That should do the trick.

Cheers

Nicolas.
