Creation OF Customer From BP

Hi, I have maintained all the config steps for creation of Customer From BP. Bp is getting created but customer is not getting created.

error message is coming as "Language Key: Is a required entry field"

CVI_03.

Pls help.

    Hi Sudhanshu,

    Kindly run t-cod MDS_PPO2, after creating BP  and attach the screenshot of the log.

      Hi Sudhanshu,

      Either remove the language key as a mandatory field in Customer or make it as a mandatory field in BP as well.

      Synchronize both the screens and your issue will get resolved.

    Hello Sudhanshu,

    something went wrong in the customizing of your synchronisation. Looks like the language key is obligatory field in customer but not in business partner. You have to keep your obligatory fields synchronously between customer and bp.

    Hi Sudhanshu,

    In continuation to Siddharth and Michael.

    It is recommended that you keep a sync in the screen layout configuration for customer and vendor roles respectively.

    Please refer to the note 956054 for BP CVI integration.

    Also you may refer to note 928616 which is a customizing note related to required entry fields in case of BP CVI.

    Just for a referral for someone who might experience the same problem as me and described in this post: the field group that must be changed and made mandatory is field group 62 'Address:  Language Key (Communication) - for organizations and groups - and not 19, as it's description suggests. This is stated 1588838 - SAP BP: Preassignment of correspondence language.
