uploading of inspection plan

Dear All,

I have one confusion....I need to upload the master data of PM in the system. Now as per the data given by users ,different operations has been done at different date....So now how should i upload in system that system will give alert at the same date for different operations.

like Suppose for equipment X , operations in task list are as

1. Operation A

2. Operation B

3. Operation C

Now Operation A lastly done on 12.08.2013 and operation B is done on 15.08.2013 and similarly Operation C is done on 18.08.2013.

So how to upload in system .
