[SBO 9.0] Single Sign On associations in restored databases

Hi experts,

We are experimenting settings and behaviours of SAP Business One 9.0 Single Sign On.

We made some tests and noticed the following :

We use a database on which several users use Single Sign On authentication with Windows domain account associated to their SAP account.

When the database is backuped and restored, we lose Windows - SAP account association.

In Administration >> Setup >> General >>User form, associations are lost and we must enter again each Windows account for each SAP user.

We have to disable Single Sign On, make the associations and enable Single Sign On again.

Is there a solution to backup these settings within database?

Is there a solution to get back these settings automatically?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

    Hi Thibaut,

Try to make a backup of the database and compare SLDModel.SLDData after making adjustments and then return this database to test.
