Field Names and Backend Config in Infotypes

Dear Experts,

Could you please let me know Fields display Nos Marital Status 0, 1 2 and 3 which are configured in backend should be displayed in frontend screen. Previously It used display in the screen Beside "Single" Field in Mar Status there used to be No (0,1,2 ,3) that was configured in backend Now Iam not able to see Nos Could you please let me know
