UWL setup for Purchase Req and Service Entry in Portal

Hi Experts,

Am in SAP EP 7.31 SP7.

I need to setup UWL iViews for Purchase Requisition(PR) and Service Entry(SE) Approval workflows in portal. I have created system object and created Webflow/Alert connectors.

But my doubt is

1. Whether should I use the same SAP standard UWL iViews or else I need do download any BPs separately?

2. Also I need to display some additional fields like PR Number, PR Approver, and Release Code. How can I achieve this.

Please clarify me experts.

A. You can use the standard UWL iview (or) a copy of it. The idea of using UWL is not to create multiple UWL iviews per scenario but rather to provide one UWL iview with all the possible work items flowing into it.

A. Yes, you can add additional fields to the UWL view with some customization. The following deck should provide an overview of the various possibilities:
