    Hi Leena,

You have to download NW04SR1 Installation Master.

For Windows 32 Bit, the file name is 51031148_1.zip

After this please follow the Adobe installation and configuration guides available in Service Marketplace.

    https://service.sap.com/instguides

Also please order the credentail from SAP as explained in the blog. In the meantime you can download the credentail file from SDN for testing purpose.

    https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/softwaredownload.sdn?download=https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/business_packages/a1-8-4/adobe_credential_sneakpreview_nw04.zip&df=0

    Hope this is helpful.

    Regards,

    Shubham

    • Thats correct. The credential file is only required during runtime. It is not required for installation of the Adobe dcument services. The Configuration Guide mentioned above provides the details how to configure and install the credential.

You can use the "test credential" from SDN with the full software, however it is only valid for three months.

      Cheers
