In user defined form, E-mail, add vendor's contact person' or vendor's email address should come

Hello experts,

I have created a form Purchase Inquiry (Document type). Now When I click on E-mail in recipients' list, vendor's email address or default contact person's email address should come.

How can I achieve this??

I tried adding email address in recipients' matrix , but it doesn't allow.

Right now, in recipients' lit creator of the document (UserSign)'s email address automatically comes in the list.

Like this, what can I do that vendor's email address comes automatically?

The problem is solved.

To field was not allowing to edit the name. So I created a user defined field "U_To" and added it to the matrix.

It solved my problem.!

But still if someone has a better solution, post it here..

I am not sure how do you update that table. You need to reference with system table to get the link you need.

If you set default contact person in BP, then contact person and his/her email will be displayed automatically whil sending an email.

But my UDT does not have field "cntctcode".

And for storing Vendor code I'm using UDF "u_BPCode".

Sorry, I have replied for standard SAP form not for UDT form.

I think it is not possible in standard SAP.

I am afraid an easy way for you would be adding another UDF U_cntctcode to your UDT to link to Contact table.
