Page Break lost in ALV

Hi Everyone,

I am able to get my report to page break on the field I want for some layouts.

I am setting the value of

IT_SORT-GROUP = '*' for the appropriate field when I call FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'.

If I select a different layout the page breaks disappear even though I can still see the correct value in IT_SORT-GROUP

If I switch back to the original layout then the page break comes back.

I need a way to maintain my the break details across layouts.

Can anyone assist?
