Crystal Client Unable to Save File to Enterprise Location on Crystal Server

My Crystal clients no longer can save a file to our reports folder on Crystal Server CMC.  We are running Crystal Client Version 14.0.2.364RTM and Crystal Server Version on CMC shows version 14.0.0.  I can connect to the Enterprise location when I click on it to save the file in the location but when I try to save the file it gets hung up.  We've shutdown the firewalls, opened the ports and given exceptions to everything within the domain no avail.  Each machine sees each other when verifying network connections.  I've received two errors depending on firewalls and port settings, "Transport Error: Communication Failure. (FWM 00001)" which I no longer receive and now I receive "Item 1 was not found in the collection".  I've read through the items I could find here but none I have gone through fixed the issue.

Thanks.

First you client version and CMC version does not match. You cannot use 2 different versions. Server and client versions should match.

Can you check below 2 KB articles.

1682186  - "Item 1 was not found in the collection" error is received in Crystal Reports 2011 when ...

1723409  - Error: “Item 1 was not found in the collection” in Crystal Reports

Great, it looks like installing Feature Pack 3 is the best solution.  I've looked in the downloads section of SCN and have not been able to find anything other than the documentation.  Please let me know where I'm missing the file.  Also, do I need a pack for the server and client to keep them on the same builds or do I just update one?

Thanks,

Thomas

Software Downloads available from SAP support portal, not from SCN. If you have s-user id, you can login to support portal and download the patches.

You need to download Server and Client patches and apply the patches.
