SWPM / SAPinst modificationfor mistake in control file definition

Hello

We made a mistake in the SAP NW73 with Oracle installation, step Control file definition:

Second and third file are identical so the sapinst hangs.

Can we change this parameter instead restart database installation

Control File Directory	Database ID (DBSID)	Control File Name
+DATA	DJA	/DJA/cntrlDJA.dbf
+RECO	DJA	/DJA/cntrlDJA.dbf
+RECO	DJA	/DJA/cntrlDJA.dbf

Hello

Modify the path for the control files in the keydb.xml and restart the sapinst/SWPM tool

If that doesn't help then restart the installation all over again.

Hi,

Is the oracle installed . Is it up and running.

Run the below commnad.

show parameter control_files

Check this to move the control file.

But i don't understand that sapinst is hanging due to this.

Can you please check the DB alert.log and more sapinst log.
