Afaria 7 sp1 Notification (SMS Gateway) problem

Hi group,

              I configured SMS Gateway in my Afaria system. While sending the notifications like lock screen, Implement policies..etc . It is not performing.

The following are server logs.

1)ONS2000: SMS-Gateway(C:\Program Files (x86)\Afaria\bin\SMSGateway\bearerbox.exe): process has exited.

2)ONS1001: Could not connect to client, "43xxxxxxxxxx", with Client GUID, "{CIOPPP-065C-38FC-8B23-XXXXXXXX}". The specified host, "192.X.X.X", refused the connection. The Afaria Client Listener is probably not running.

Can any one guide me.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Rajaramesh,

The most likely issue is the defined IP.  It looks as if the last known ip is an internal ip and the server cannot reach the client on this address.  Either a routable IP has to be entered or an email address or phone number must be used to reach these devices.    It will depend on the client type.
