Unable to log in the CRM mobile studio

Hi

I am unable to open the Mobile Studio.

"Enter a valid user account".error message comes up.

1) I checked with ODBC (ars_db)

2) Tried with login as ARSAdmin

3) Changed the password (from the CRM server)

but nothing works.

What could be the reason for that?

    Hi,

    I use to logon with arsadmin and no password.

    Otherwise, have you checked your odbc settings?

    => Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Database Sources (ODBC)

    => System DSM

    => ars_DB, click on Configure

    => Check that the Server is set to Local

    => Next

    => Check box "Connect to SQL Server to..." should be checked and the username is there bu with as blank psw

    Check also that the service for the ARS_DB (SAP MAR Central Service) is started (go in the services from the control panel/admin tools)

    If it does not work, well evaluate the opportunity to go directly in the ARS_DB... Start SQL Enterprise Manager and look into the ARS_DB database for table ARSUserAccount...
