Unable to log in the CRM mobile studio

Hi

I am unable to open the Mobile Studio.

"Enter a valid user account".error message comes up.

1) I checked with ODBC (ars_db)

2) Tried with login as ARSAdmin

3) Changed the password (from the CRM server)

but nothing works.

What could be the reason for that?
