update SIS report for (update irrelevant) historical transaction data

Hi Gurus:

We came across an issue today regarding updaing SIS report.

we all know through OLI7 we can write historical sales orders into a SIS report Z123. However, today we have a sales order that contains material ABC. when SO was created, material ABC was marked as irrelevant for statistic update in material master data. Now we can change MMR to be relevant for SIS update, however the SO that was already created is still considered by the system as irrelevant for SIS update. Thus we can't write it into SIS Z123 through OLI7. Any ideas how we can achieve this goal without deleting and recreating the sales order?

Hi

Check if field STAFO is populated in tables VBAK and VBAP. I remember this note to update this field for billing documents SAP Note 960053 - Sales statistics: STAFO is missing in billing documents.
