This does not work with IP16 as it displays only those equipment which have a plan associated, but in the scenario i am working i require a report which displays all equipment which do not have a plan associated.

I am not sure sure about IP41 because its a create single cycle plan.

You can do a work-around way.

This is valid when atleast one notification or maintenance order was created on all your desired equipments.

Use IW28 or IW28 as the case may be.

Here IW28 explained. See all red-underlined fields.

    1. Tick all system conditions (outstanding, inprocess, completed etc

    2. Because you need equipments, give 'Not equal to' symbol to Equipment field and leave this field empty.

    3. Similarly Give 'Equal to' symbol to Maintenance Plan field and do not give values here too.

4.Give this date range as much as you can give, so that most of the equipments include in the output.

    The output looks this way.

You take this equipment list to Excel and Remove Duplicates.

    Hi SP ,

There is no standard tcode for this . You can do one thing . Download list of all the equipments from IH08 then download maintenance item list from IP16/IP19 . Compare both list using VLOOKUP in excel .

This is a custom solution. At the top are equipments with maintenance plans. At the bottom are equipments without maintenance plans.

Additionally, one of the icons allows you to add an item to an existing maintenance plan (i.e. add equipment to a lubrication route).

Another icon allows you to copy lines from one maintenance plan to a new maintenance plan (i.e. copy maintenance from one car to a new car that is the same make and model).
