Integrated ITS in SAP ECC 6.0

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are using Integrated ITS for user that logon to SAP outside the company.

Now I am configuring a new connection but I am facing problem for a user that wants to logon using MS Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

In the transaction sm21 the error is "Transaction Canceled ITS_P 012 ( msiexplorer 8 )"

Can you please help me to overcome this issue?
