Wierd Portal Problem!

We have just set up IisProxy to allow the portal to authenticate users using their windows login details. However when anyone logs into the portal they can only see the first page that appears and even if they click somewhere else in the Portal it sends them back to the first page.

Has anyone any idea why? Has us really confused!
