Data extraction date in BEx query

Hi Experts,

we have a requirement from user... before that I will give few details. we are using BO3.0 for reporting the data staging was SAP BI 7.0 BEx query.

in our report user required the data extraction date & time (data refresh date & time ) in our BO report we are getting report refresh date or last report execution date but both are useless since. since the BW was monthly load (loading in every last day of the  month).

so let say user executing the report 5th of month then the user will understand that the data was upto last month so that need to analyze the data with benchmark. so please let me know how I can bring the successfully data load date on my query?

I though to get information from RSPCPROCESSLOG process chain log detail table to get extraction date and create separate BEx query based on detail.

please let me know if we have any other easy way to acheive  the requirement.

Hi Rajesh,

In Table RSICCONT,gives all the requests in cube and the corresponding timestamp. You can get the latest one.

Hi Suman,

As I said we are using BO 3.0 for report BO getting data from BEx query and not from BEx Analyzer so I need to pass the information in BEx query level. kindly let me know any other option. and Thanks for your prompt reply

Are you aware of BI Statistics? You may try with Statistics tables to get the last data refreshed in the Infoprovider. You can easily google of Statistics tables in BW.
