Dear All,
Have the following queries for SAP CRM Service Order
1) I need to have a reason field for the service order, I did check by clicking on the configure page and show available fields, however the reason block is not present in the standard service order.
Also gone through some earlier posts which says that you need to add the reason block.

2) As per the below post, I cant use multiple catalogs for the service order, the service order is linked through the subject profile, hence thought of adding the reason fields for the service order, can this be done through standard configurations or do I need to add the reason field with the help of a technical consultant
