Please let us know the Absence quota information for reporting purpose.
Say employee joined 5 years back and he was entitlement is 21 Annual leaves per year. He might be used some leaves during his service. and he was available few leaves currently.
The issue is that when the employee is withdrawn from his service then the leave quota need to be taken on prorata basis.
Say Ex :- Employee last working day on 01.10.2013 and the leave quota needs to be calculated in the report as 1.75*09=15.75 on prorate basis.
The entitlement was provided from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 & its need to be calculated based on the prorate basis & addition to that we need to check with previous year remaining leaves and its need to show in report.
It will be easy to calculate leave encashment purpose. Kindly suggest me how we need to proceed further to develop a report based on the requirement.
