OpenDocument part of WebI report: poor image quality

We have added some WebI reports in the SidePanel of SAP NWBC.

We use the following URL to open a report:

http://<server>:<port>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sso=OpenDocument&iDocID=AeyrJd2ZLPt...

When we open this URL in Internet Explorer we have no issues at all with the image quality.

But when this URL is opened in the SidePanel of SAP NWBC the image quality is very poor (data is hardly readable).

Any idea how we can obtain a better image quality using the OpenDocument syntax in SAP NWBC?

Issue solved by changing a setting in SAP NWBC - due to an upgrade this setting was suddenly changed to 80%, when we change it back to 100% all reports are shown correctly.
