How to generate CIR relevant to Customer?

Hi All,

I have following requirement.

Suppose A=Finished material, B=Semi-finished Material

Due to excess Lead time customer(X) gives me projection for semifinished material i.e B=100 no.

and after some week customer gives confirmed order for Finished material (A).Now my requirement is I want to create customer specific stock of Semifinished material (B) through CIR or PIR prior to Confirmed order from customer for material "A" and stock of material "B" should be consumed only for same customer.

Kindly suggest solution for above scenario.
