Duplicate posting of the value in Asset number

Hi Friends,

The User has sent the following message.

Duplicate entries had been posted for FA number 481121261

I need help on how to post the Fixed Asset entries as the amount had been overstated. The amount should be AUS$ 6,899.56 instead of AUD 13,799.12

Please suggest.

Hi Sridhar, as suggested by fellow sapien above reverse the document by AB08 if dep wasn't posted.

Hi Sridhar.

You need only reverse the duplicate post. Using some this T-codes: MR08, FB08, AB08, FBRA etc.

Looks like amount was double posted in AUD. if depreciation is not posted, you can reverse the document by AB08.
