IC configuration with Oracle Servicename

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbee and trying to install and configure Identity Centre. I am currently stuck in the configuration of IC. Problems faced :

1. Oracle DB is installed in RAC and we have been provided with servicename and not SID.

2. While configuring "JDBC Config Wizard" it fails as it expects only SID (which I dont have).

Looking forward to get the resolution from the techies.
