UWL ENQUEUE_EUWLNOTIFREG:already locked error

HEllo Experts,

our server logs are full of this error ,we are on nw 7.3 ehp1 sp07 and the error is with a particualr user id and with guest any inputs are most welcome to resolve this error:

UWL completed items refresh for system: <alias> error:  ENQUEUE_EUWLNOTIFREG:already locked error

Please check the below note.

Note 1848464 - Locking exception during deployment

There is a patch for UWL SP07 patch 08 which has lot of fixes.

UWLJWF07P_8-20007086.SCA

Have you got BPEM-CORE installed in your system.

BPEMCORE07P_2-20007093.SCA

Can you please past the complete log.

Thanks Rishi for help,Its a bug in UWL which wrongly put these messages in error instead of debug ,SAP is releasing a patch shortly.
