SI_SCHEDULE_STATUS - JOB Failure error message

Hi,

With reference to the below post. We want Since SI_SCHEDULE_STATUS column in one of our report.Since CMS database is encrypted, is there a way to decrypt it or is there any other possible to achieve this.
