EEM 505 internal Error

Hi all,

All the setup is done but still facing below issue in the monitoring UI

I also checked below:

-Scripting is runing fine.

-SAP Scripting is enabled on the server and desktop

-sapgui/user_scripting = TRUE in default profile .

-Removed and added SMD in EEM configuration

-script is running fine in the server,

-SMD agent is connected fine to Solution Manager.

-Able to upload the script to SM.

-Managed system configuration is complected(I am using SM as it and running the script).

-Re-run the configuration for EEM.

And also not able to enable SAPGUI button in  3 script management.

-Host name is maintained in the EEM setup.

-Enable the scrip in the host and  in the desktop.

Within the EEM Editor did you define the following values?

• sapgui.host
• sapgui.sysno

yes but for sapgui.host I just put host name or do I need to put full host name ?

It can't hurt to put it in, do you also have a system number for the 'sysno' value?

Did you populate this information in the EEM Editor?
