Hello Experts,
I am trying to run the FPS program for an employee. The FPS is not running successfully for this employee because I have noticed that he has 3 different pay results for the same period and it seems that the FPS is reading the most recent record which for some reason does not contain any RTI data. Please see below:
My question is that has this employee got 3 records because retro payroll has been run for him?

Mike,
Yes, your employee has 3 records because each of the payroll runs has retro'd back to April 13.
The FPS should read from the bottom line of your screen shot (A not O or P) as these are your actual results for the most recent payroll run.
Your Actual results have only run up until June 2013 and I suspect that the reason you have no RTI results is because the RTI functionailty was activated after this date?
Out of interest, has this employee left?
