Combining queries in Bex analyzer 3.5

Hi Guys,

I have 6 queries for 6 months. Jan to Jun. How do I combine all those in 1 worksheet in Bex analyzer to show combine results from Jan to Jun. I have to do this in BEx analyzer 3.5

Please let me know step by step.

Thanks

    HI,

Hope you know How to create a simple workbook.

After keeping the first query, execute the workbook to get the result. After the result area of first report, choose a cell below and include dataprovider(2nd query). Repeat the same process for all 6 queries.

But your whole worksheet will get refreshed only if you have common input variable for all queries.

    Hi there,

You can insert the individual queries onto separate sheets as noted above - however!

If you need one summary report with a view of the individual reports, you can use the vloopkup Excel function on the first sheet to collect the values for Jan - Jun on the sheets behind it and add them together.

Alternative, is there anyway you can produce your Jan - Jun data in just the one query?

    With regards

    Gill
