Finding the BPC 10.0 server version

Hi All,

How can we find the BPC 10.0 SP with out going to BASIS?

I have BW backend access.

Also where can I get the info on corresponding EPM Addin details. Say I am having BPC 10 SP 10 - which is the corresponding EPM addin SP.

Hi,

To find the BPC version:

Logon to your BW system. Then select in the menu SYSTEM, the entry STATUS. Find under SAP system data, the component version and press the icon underneath for details. There you'll have an entry CPMBPC. It will show your actual version and SP.

For EPM simply go to your EPM addin in Excel and press in the EPM ribbon the About- menu entry. Then About EPM Add-in...

Thanks for the useful info.

I can see the level as 5. I could not find the patch level, Please find sceenshot below. Can you help?

Also How can I find the correct EPM addin SP.

I could find 4 applicable EPM addin Builds, I dont know which one of these is the correct one.

• 7089 - Service Pack 5
• 7096 - Service Pack 5 Patch 1
• 7104 - Service Pack 5 Patch 2
• 7143 - Service Pack 5 Patch 3

Because of some reason I am unable to download the EPM addin from the Web URL.

Hi,

if you look at your screenshot, then you will see the entry CPMBPC. The column RELEASE represents your release and the column LEVEL your SP level. You are running SP05.

For the EPM Add-in please follow the way, I mentioned before. Excel - EPM Ribbon - About - About EPM Add-in.

Then you will see a window which looks like:

Under version you'll find the required information. In my case EPM version 10.0 SP 14 Patch 3.
