Error while opening Workcenter

We are getting the following error while executing tcode Solman_workcenter.

Solution Manager 7.1 SP 08.

Do you have proper authorization to run the workcenter.

Check the below note.

1652746 - Solman_workcenter : You are not assigned to a Work Center

Second think make IE as the default browser.

Does Solman_SETUP works.

Hi

Please firstly make sure services as per note 517484, which you are used
but wich they are not activated:

For example:

/default_host/sap/public/bsp/sap/public
/default_host/sap/public/bsp/sap/public/bc
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/dswp_earlywatch_admin has been activated in SICF.

If you are using HTTPS, please check your SSL settings as per note 510007.

(maybe you can also try to remove icm/server_port_X for  HTTPS protocol to narrow down the root cause.).
