Report to list outstanding queries/tasks/report/approvals

  Is there a standard report available to generate a list of outstanding queries/tasks/report e.g. pending approvals from all the workflows.

Hi,

SWI5 is sufficient to find out open workitems, you can filter the list out on tasks, which can be useful.

Or you use SWI1, SWI2_FREQ, SWI6, or any other workitem log transaction to do something similar.

Hi,

  You can use transaction SWI5 also with Type of Analysis - Workitem to be completed without specifiying TYPE and ID. It will show all the workitem to be completed..

Hi there,

I would use SWI1. Search for status = READY.

Check what the status is for a reserved workitem, maybe SELECTED.
