AET Enhancement on BT111H_OPPT component BTOPPORTH Context node

Hello Experts,

I am trying to include a field in the Header part of Opportunity via AET.

This is a non editable field on the UI - Header Part.

BTOPPORTH is the context node where i am going to add this new field.

The same field i want it in search component of BT111S_OPPT . So if i check while doing AET - "make available in search component also" , is this setting ok or else i need to extra coding for making it available in search component and also while searching to get the results for this ?

Please Let me know if i need to do any extra coding apart from this running AET.

Once i enhance via AET , what parameter i need to provide in AXTSHOW to see the enhanced field ?

Thanks and Regards,

Nikhil Kulkarni

    Hi Nikhil,

Based on my knowledge, by setting "make available in search component also" to yes, you don't need another extra coding to enable your newly additional fields used for searching. The wizard generate the logic behind automatically.

I forget whether your newly added field will be available for search parameter in opportunity search. But you can create it manually and they don't need any additional coding.

    Hopes it helps.

    Cheers
