Form Settings-AR Invoice

HI Experts,

The Forms settings for some Users in AR invoice are resetting after updating.

What should we do about it.

Always Suggest the User to exit in the proper manner Ctrl+Q or File-Exit...

Once again do the Form Settings make sure concurrent user should be logged in

Hi Lean,

Sometimes you need to reset user setting for certain form after updating. It is one time job. Ensure you exit B1 in official way: Ctrl+Q or File-Exit from menu.

Hi,

If the system is not properly exit, then form settings will not be saved correctly.

Train the user to close all open windows, and then exit from through File--->Exit.
