Transferring several employees from one company code to another within same mandant

Hi Folks,

I am facing the following problem in which I would need your kind help. I would like to transfer around 100 employees from one CoCode to another. Seeing the fact that it would be a mass transfer, PA40 is not an option.

This would take place in same mandant, even the payroll area would remain the same.

Please advise, is it possible?

Regrds

Csaba

    Hi Csaba,

    Are you using OM?

    Hi Csaba,

why you thinking that doing transfer action via PA40 is not an obition for this? If you configured "Transfer Action" then you can do a LSMW recording and upload tha data.

If the payroll area is same for all company code according to the ABKRS then this wil not be a problem for LSMW or else you can overwrite the payroll area in LSMW recording.

    Best regards,

    Dinesh

    Hi All,

Thank you very much for for your kind responses. Yes, we use OM but LSMW is not configured for our country molga.

However, it is possible to mass upload data on IT0000: finally I uploaded a termination for all EEs in the original CoCode, and a Re-Hire action in the new one.

    All the best:

    Csaba
