Aproval Procedures

Hi Guys,

I know this is probably not the correct forum, but would appreciate it if you can help me.

I want to know if it is possible to create an approval when a document is cancelled. For example if you are on a sales order and you click Goto > Cancel it should be sent for approval. Or any idea how else I can stop this?

The second scenario is going to document drafts, right click on a document and select remove. It is removed without a warning or "Are you sure" message.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Adele

    Hi Adele

    For your second scenario:

Private Sub SBOApp_MenuEvent(ByRef pVal As SAPbouiCOM.MenuEvent, ByRef BubbleEvent As Boolean) Handles SBOApp.MenuEvent
            If pVal.MenuUID = "1283" Then
                If SBOApp.Forms.ActiveForm.TypeEx = "3002" Then
                    If pVal.BeforeAction = True Then
If SBOApp.MessageBox("¿Are you sure?", 1, "Yes", "No") = 2 Then
                            BubbleEvent = False
                        End If
                    End If
                End If
            End If
        End Sub
