EHSM 3.0 - Investigation status and incident status

Hi Experts,

I have a question concerning the following.

In investigation tab, I select No investigation required :

Then I try to close the incident :

I get the following error message :

My question is : even though there is no investigation required, I still need to set the investigation status to closed ?
