As the "question" lines states. We have had applied multiple rules for Advanced GL Account determination in 2016. When I checked in period 2017 today I noticed that those rules did not copy over into the new year.
Why / how could this have happened? I can manually enter the rules but I want to know why this happened so it does not happen again. Every other customer has advanced rules but were not affected with issue.
They are all on 9.2 PL04 so I do not think it is a bug of some sort.
