SAP B1 stopped working when navigate outgoing payment

Dear Expert,

i got a problem SAP Business One has stopped working when navigate Outgoing Payment transaction using previous button. It says the problem event name was BEX. It occurs only in OP transaction and all databases were the same.

Has anyone experience the same case? Here i attach the problem details
