Stored procedure [SBO_SP_PostTransactionNotice] does not run properly on VPN

Hi,

I have written some code in SBO_SP_PostTransactionNotice procedure to add some text in INV1 table after invoices is added or updated.

I have checked the stored procedure, it is correct.

This stored procedure runs well in when user add or updates invoice from the computer which is in LAN.

But, when a user adds invoices who uses computer which is in VPN at another location at distance 20-25 kms, this procedure don't execute!!! And when user updates same invoice from same machine, then stored procedure executes...

This happens only for computer which is connected by VPN.

Do anybody know about this?

Regards,

Amrut Sabnis,

Pune, IN

    Hi Amrut,

VPN is not a support remote connection method. You need either Terminal or Citrix server on top of VPN.

    Thanks,

    Amrut,

Please expose a stretch of SBO_SP_TransactionNotification or check this part restricts users, if any.

    verify:
