Dear Friends,

I have to change the Value of wagetype 1028(Shift allowance) for a particular Employee subgroup say N1 grade under info type 2010.

Presently Rs 100/shift is maintained, which needs to be changed to Rs 160/shift This is to be done for grade N1 Only.

Please guide how to achieve this ?

Hi Niladri

Kedhar is right in your system must have any PCR to calculate Shift Planning amount. IT2010 is maintained for determination of particular date for which amount is calculate.

Please find the particular PCR and Change as per your Requirement.

Thanks

Dear Friends,

Yes , I've checked the rule.

Attached screen shot for it, Checked in V_T511K table for constant ZSHAM. Also run one payroll simulation for one sample employee. It calculates 14 days shift allowance with Rs.40 each total Rs.560. But that one is different constant ZSHM8 which is not called in rule, don't know how it considers it. The amount should be changed Rs.60 in ZSHAM\ ZSHM8 I don't understand.

Dear Niladri,

Please choose the appropriate constant for your group employees to whom you want change the rate, then delimit the constant from the date of hike and run the payroll so that new rate will be calculated accordingly.

Make ZSHAM as 160 from your desired effective period.

Where you had maintained, if it is in it0014 then easily you can split the record & maintain as per new, find the employee's under grade N1 through adhoc query or se16.

If it is generating through pcr's then let me know the process of existing.

Dear  Kedar,

It's maintained in Infotype 2010 under wagetype 1028.

Attached screenshot for one employee's 2010/1028 screen.

Dear Niladri,

As per the screen shot attached how you are converting the number 14 in payroll. if you are processing the same through the custom pcr please change the logic in your pcr to get the 160 for 14 days instead of 100 for that particular employee group. Please share the screen shot of your pcr so that we can take it from there.
