SAP MaxDB 7.8.02.35 for Windows (SCN edition) download failing

I am trying to download SAP MaxDB SCN edition, but the download is failing and directing me to a page with this response: “Unfortunately we have trouble completing your download request. Please contact sdn@sap.com for further support.”

I have contacted the email set out above and am being directed to this forum.

Please advise.

I managed to download the software from a different computer (on a different network).
