PO Confirmation

hi all,

I use FM: ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE TO insert confirmation detial data to EKES.(It's work)

But using ME23n to display PO, I can't not see the confirmation detial data.

I think because "confirmation control key" is initial.

May I directly update EKPO-BSTAE ?

Or any FM can update the confirmation control key?

NO, confirm control key(EKPO-BSTAE) can't be populated in the FM.

It should be specify when you create a Purchase order.

(in me21n, you can find it in the item detail, confirm TAB)

And if a Purchase order be created without a confirm key(EKPO-BSTAE), then you can't do the confirm on it.

By the way, the FM ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE TO directly update the table EKES without too much check, so be carefully when use it.

you'd better do more check before call it, like confirm it PO has EKPO-BSTAE or not, if not, don't call the FM.

Po confirmation key EKPO-BSTAE is populated from Vendor amster while creating PO or you can put it while create PO. Only if you have a confirmation control key can you post a confirmation deatil to a PO .

You can manually update your PO for confirmation control key, then add the detail of confirmation. After this it should be visible in ME23N.

Confirmation without a confirmation control key has no meaning.
