dump

hi ,

by seeing the belwo can i know any solution i applied leave and deleted and again it is there in mss inbox wen i open the dump came ...wat shud i do now .....i know the solution wat to do and remove that dump....but why it is getting dump i want to know

    • if you see the dump, and see its message class and go to se91

      Message class HRTIM_ABS_REQ 038

      Request ID &1 does not exist

      that means system is unable to find a request ie maybe an inconsistency

      in table likes ptreq_header, or ptreq* as its unable to locate the request, please check the dump and you ll see the details

      we released note 1741216 to identify inconsistency in the system, Please can you check it

      The report will simply delete everthing from

      PTREQ_ITEMS & PTREQ_ATTABSDATA where there is no related data in

      PTREQ_HEADER
