how to mark a material as dual-use-goods?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a solution within SAP to mark a material as dual-use-goods!

What's behind that? For those goods we have export restrictions by value, quantity or a period of time!

Do you know how to handle those materials within SAP?

Hi Sebastian,

You can use valuation types to distinguish your same material into different quantities and values easily and put your restrictions accordingly.

Hello,

Dual Use Items are classified in GTS to avoid deliveries without licence. You mark a material as Dual Use by assigning the correspondent code for a Legal Regulation in GTS.
