Hi,

Thanks for your valuable information about authorization in BW.

In this case, I want to lock the authorization of BW Object Changability (RSA1 > Transport Connection > Object Changeability) of all user (developer) in the system (QA and PRD)

Do we have any authorization object which control object changeability for developers.

Hi,

Please find herewith the details as below :

if you want to lock access for all the activies then do the setting after seeting S_RS_ADMWB in role as below.

object = S_RS_ADMWB

Field Name = ACTVT

Select ONLY (03) display.

object = S_RS_ADMWB

Field Name = RSADMWBOBJ

select all the activities.

In object changeability, the is option is available to change the object by selecting individual object (ex. if you want to change "Broadcasting Settings" then need to get access for BR_SETTING Broadcasting Settings)

hope this information is helpful for you.

Hi Anand,

         You don't find all relevant Auth object in one link, here what based on search found the results for you.

Query related authorization objects are explained in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-45462

Process Chain related object is - S_RS_PC, details are in http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/35/c7e442e3c15704e10000000a155106/frameset.htm

Few BW objects - http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/80/1a6859e07211d2acb80000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

Hope this helps you to find the answer!

Thanks,

Umashankar
