Positive Time Evaluation Not getting completed

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue in positive time evaluation when moving employee from negative to positive time management.

The employee has been on negative time management till 31.08.2013. Then he is moved to positive time management from 01.09.2013 but the time evaluation run doesn't get completed. It doesn't proceed beyond define groupings.

If a new employee is hired on 01.09.2013, the time evaluation runs successfully. Any idea what could be causing this issue?

I had tested this in my company's sandbox system and it worked fine. However, in client system, the time evaluation run is not completing.

Please advise.
