Hi,

Go through the oss notes:

Format YYYY-MMM not provided in convrsn exit PERI7:306272

Format 0CALMONTH, 0CALWEEK and 0FISCPER incorrect:157643

InfoPackage: Conversion exit for 0FISCPER :371300

Hi,

Open your file in Excel, format the columns with zeros as 'Text', add zeros and save your file AS csv.

Could you describe in details what exactly are you doing?

Hi Ravi,

No issues ,if you give it as 12003 also it is going to take as 2003001.

So no probs if the zero's vanish also .

Thanks

Hi Ravi,

Let me elaborate the steps you need to perform:

1. Select the column of the FISCPER in the excel file.

2. Right click and select "Format cells".

3. Select the ctegory as "text" from the first tab(Number).

4. Now add the leading zeroes.

You can also alternatively open the file in notepad and add the leading zeroes.

Hi Ravi,

You can do as Eugene suggested or open the ".csv" file in notepad and add the zeroes.

Hope this helps.

krishna,

i'm trying to understand here. 0fiscper format is yyyymmm. if the csv file has the same format why does he need to change the file format to mmmyyyy. can u help me understand.

Hi Ravi,

You have to give the data as MMMYYYY for the CSV file as the infoobject 0fiscper has a conversion routine peri7 which converts the format to YYYYMMM.

This should solve your problem.

Thanks,

Krish
