SAP NetWeaver Mobile Inbound Queue - Sysfail with 500 Internal Server Error

Hi ,

We have deployed SAP CRM Sales 2.0.1. The deployment was successful and the Application was working fine.

However recently we are face problem where after sunchronization all data were not available on the device. The Notification tab was missing and no new leas, opportunity or account creation is possible.

On checking the QRFC Monitor Inbound Queue we found the following:

Queue Name - DOE_Q_000000000000000199

Status - SYSFAIL

On Further moving on to the LUW we found the following:


Function Module - SDOE_SUBMIT

Queue Name - DOE_Q_000000000000000199

Status Text - 500 - Internal Server Error.

I have tried restarting both the NetWeaver Mobile server as well as the Sybase Unwired Server but the issue still remains.

Can anyone please help me resolving this issue.

    Hi Arun,

    As you mentioned, you are unable to view the transactions like lead, accounts and opportunity labels in your CRM Sales app.. This is due to you have not download the MAS_Customization DO in DOE system or

    Apply SAP note 1890779 and then check, are you able to see those labels or not.
