How to concatenate the 'Rule' and its 'Long Text' and show MD04

Hello Experts,

Greetings,

I have a requirement where user wants to view the 'Rule' and 'Long Text' concatenated together and show on the Stock requirements List - MD04 - Selection Rule drop down options

(The selection Rule can be viewed by selecting - Settings>Filter ON in MD04 transaction)

The 'Rule' and 'Long Text' are maintained in

SPRO>Production>MRP>Evaluation>Filter>Define Selection Rule / Display Filter

How can I achieve this?

Example

Selection Rule options in MD04 screen shows only long text - "SAP Only Receipts"

for this the Rule is - "SAP00001"

User wishes to see it as - "SAP00001 SAP Only Receipts"

The purpose of this is for quick identification for the users

Note: This setting is already maintained for another user in the same system and he can successfully see this concatenated. Can I find something by looking at the User Profile for the user?
